We are offering our lodge with all the contents, nestled in the middle of 57 acres in a rural setting in Medina County, which is in Northern Ohio. Our bed and breakfast was started in November of 2001 and the house was built in 2001.
The Lodge is on a country road with our driveway being 3/4 mile long to get to the house. It is a Gaberial shaped "A" frame that blends with it's rustic surroundings well. The house offers 4 bedrooms, which two bedrooms are Jacuzzi Guest Suites, one regular bedroom, which we use as a game room, and one bedroom being living quarters. This home has 3-1/2 baths, with 2 being jacuzzi baths for guest suites. We have a indoor pool area in a wonderful green house, which is 40' x 80'. This property offers beautiful views of our lake, meadows, and rustic woods. The gathering room as a large, majestic rock fireplace that offers warm wood fires for comfort. The home features Amish solid oak cupboards, trim, flooring, and furniture. We installed geo-thermal when we built the house, which is the most efficient heating and cooling on the market to have a low bill with all the comfort.
Having the bed and breakfast has been a blessing in our lives. We have met so many new friends through the years and have enjoyed the many couples that came to our Lodge to getaway and re-charge themselves. We have had many couples propose at our Lodge, had a wedding, and many come for their honeymoon. It is such a nice feeling to have people come and enjoy themselves. We have a 5 star rating and the business is doing very well. We are selling to retire to a warmer climite.
