• Manageable - There are only 4 cabins - small enough to manage without employees and without keeping you tied up 24/7.
• Privacy - Unlike most bed and breakfasts, the cabins are set along the creek at the back of the property, providing you with a private residence and your customers with their privacy separte from the home.
• Seasonal - The cabins are open during the Finger Lakes busy time of the year, April - October; leaving you to enjoy the beautiful summer months of the Finger Lakes and the winter months free to do what you want.
Many of our guests have asked why we would sell such a successful business and although we thoroughly enjoy operating Catharine Cottages and meeting wonderful people, it's a very serious commitment to maintain our high level of quality customer service throughout the season. It has taken a lot of work to achieve what we have accomplished to date. Our "season" of operation is April - October, the most beautiful months of the year in the Finger Lakes. We have two young teenage children that we would like to be able to do much more with during our "season" before they are off to college.
