The main building of the Pine Hill Arms was built in 1882 and has 15 rooms, the highly rated greenhouse restaurant and lounge, fireplace lobby, game room, hot tub spa and a three bedroom living area. All rooms have been recently renovated and have private baths and cable T.V. and Internet. The annex is adjacent to the Inn and has nine rooms and have also been recently renovated. There are also a two bedroom cottage and three bedroom cottage on the property that are currently rented. We are located in the center of the Catskill’s high peaks just one mile from Belleayre Ski Center and a little over half of an hour from Hunter and Windham ski centers.
The restaurant was rated as one of the top 20 casual restaurants in
“ski country” and has been voted by locals as one of the top three restaurants in the area for over 15 years. Many of the performers at the Belleayre summer concerts have been guests of the Inn over the years. They include Charlie Daniels, America, Abba, the Ray Charles band, Winston Marcellas , Dr. John, Ricky Skaggs, and many others.
After 39 years owning and operating the Inn, the owners have decided to retire and turn the reins over to a new young blood.
