All but one room offers either a two-person Jacuzzi or a hot tub. The home is centrally heated and cooled with two energy-efficient heat pumps. Four 80-gallon water heaters provide ample hot water.

Refrigerator, microwave, computer, and printer are readily available for guests. High-speed wireless internet access is available throughout the inn.

Comfortable and spacious innkeeper quarters include a 375 sq. ft. living room with ocean and garden view, oversized bedroom and bathroom with both tub and walk-in shower, enormous walk-in closet, built-in desk at one end of a large kitchen, laundry room, pantry, and separate office.

In January 2010 a new website with online reservations was launched. Since 2009, most major appliances have been replaced, along with two mattress sets, all linens, all bedding, all televisions, and all DVD players. An automated irrigation system was also installed. The B&B interior, exterior, and gardens are all maintained in excellent condition.

To this outstanding waterfront estate the owners have added strategic 21st-century marketing efforts and exemplary customer service, which have resulted in occupancy and room rates well above average for the area.
