After 8 years of running our home as a successful B&B, we decided we needed a little more flexibility with our lives. We moved into the B&B and for the past 7 years we have been running the Inn keeper’s quarters as a self-catered B&B. With 2000 sq. feet of living area, the innkeeper’s quarter’s has 2 en-suite bedrooms (Queen and king with a fireplace), a great room and a private patio. We have a strict 3 night min.requirement and often have weekly rentals, and occasional monthly rentals. This unique concept has proven to be very successful for us, providing income and flexibility.
The 3600 sq. ft. Inn (main house) can easily be reopened as it was previously under our present license. It has 4 en-suite bedrooms, a formal dining room, formal living room, kitchen, sunroom and a large enclosed patio. We are located a few blocks from Colonial Williamsburg and across the street from the College of William and Mary, making this the perfect University Lodging for short or long term rentals. In addition, popular Williamsburg attractions such as Busch Gardens, the Williamsburg Winery, Yorktown, and the Jamestown Settlement are all a within a few miles.
However you may choose to operate the Inn we can accommodate the furnishings.
