The Picton Harbour has 29 rooms and two apartments, and is open year-round, 24 hours per day.
Rates are as follows for the 100 through 400 series rooms:
November 1 - April 30 $85-125/night
May 1 - June 30 $95-135/night
July 1 - September 3 $110-150/night
September 4 - October 30 $95-135/night
The 100 series rooms have tub/shower combinations, picture windows and views of the Harbour. Rooms 307 and 308 have whirlpool tubs.
The 400 series rooms are ground floor rooms offering full wheelchair accessibility. The business owns a significant ramp that is used for guests requiring access to the room using a wheelchair. These rooms all have walk-in showers & safety bars.
Suite 501 is a 2-bedroom apartment at the side of the building and is currently rented indefinitely to a staff member.
Suite 601 is a 3-bedroom apartment over the restaurant and is rented until October 2015.
The restaurant seats 35. It does not have a liquor license. Currently they serve breakfast and lunch, and this is a gathering place for members of the Main Street business community. There is a walk-in freezer, additional stand-up freezer in a separate room, and two box freezers in yet another separate room.
Laundry is processed on-site for the rooms and restaurant, and supplies are kept in locked rooms to reduce shrinkage.
An office is on the main floor near the restaurant entrance. There are male and female washrooms for customer use, and alternative washrooms for the staff.
There are 6 boat slips and permanent docks. The local tugboat, Rosebud, and the Ontario Fisheries each prepay a spot for annual seasons. The balance of the slips are rented on a first come/first serve basis to transient boaters and are usually full all season.
A fenced area behind the parking lot was a former in-ground pool, which has been filled-in. This is used for people to sit outside on loungers and picnic tables.

The structures are a combination of stone and block foundation.
There is single-phase hydro into the main panel. There are additional panels on each of the three room floors servicing those floors,
The furnace was new in 2014.
There are hot water tanks to service the restaurant and apartments, and many of the rooms have their own hot water tanks.
Satellite and internet service is provided by Eastlink
There is a monitored security system
