Suite #2 is also on the second floor. This 2 room suite has a full bath with whirlpool tub and custom painted tiles, bedroom and sitting room separated by French doors.
Suite #3 is on the 2nd floor, has a pedestal sink in the bedroom and a double soaking tub under a stained glass window in the bath.
Suite #4 on the 1st floor is not handicapped accessible but was designed to make life easier for someone with mobility issues.
It has a full bath with a 4 foot shower, support bar and a handicapped height toilet.
This room has a separate entrance off the east patio or can be entered from the kitchen.
Suite #5 The final downstairs suite has 2 rooms and a full bath.
It has a separate entrance off the side of the house and is currently used as an office and private quarters.
The kitchen was recently upgraded and a 2nd prep area with granite top added.
There are several patios and a front wrap-around porch.
The over-sized (3-4 car) garage is approximately 1000sq. ft. and has single and double 8 ft tall
overhead doors, 100 amp electric service in garage and 3 man doors.
One door leads to a large patio looking out toward Lake Erie.
The backyard beyond the patio is large enough for a tent for entertaining
