Lily Creek Lodge is an established Bed & Breakfast in the North Georgia Appalachian Mountains. The European style Bed & Breakfast was opened in 1997 and has been owner operated for over 19 years. The property sale includes two parcels totaling 9.06 acres of forested, hilly, secluded woods and the lodge which has 13 guestrooms, 15 bathrooms and separate owner’s living quarters. The guestrooms include 6 single room guestrooms, 4 suites, 2 loft suites with kitchens and 1 large, ground floor suite with Jacuzzi tub. All have private bathrooms. The lodge also features common areas including: management office, two kitchens, dining room, TV/game room, main lobby with a grand fireplace, treehouse, gazebo, side and rear decks, swimming pool with waterfall and pavilion. The sale includes guestroom artwork and furnishings (with the exception of a few personal art and furniture pieces), linens, dining room furniture and serving sets, appliances and outdoor furniture (excluding marble and stone table at pavilion). NOTE: All personal items including books, art and furnishings in the main lobby, dining room, check in area, personal living space, back kitchen, back office, a few personal pieces in the guestrooms and all stained glass are not included in the sales price. The owner will provide a detailed list of all items in these areas that will remain and will be included in the sale as well as the items from the guestrooms which belong to the owner and are not part of the sale. The owner will also provide available guest contact records as well as recipes and other management related information to the new owner.
