Located Just 12 minutes from Mobile Al...and 30 minutes from Pensacola Fl...Licensed as a B& B Extended Stay in 2006 and oil spill hit gulf coast in 2010..and nightly quests stifled for a while...during that time I became very successful with local corporations..hospitals..colleges..etc..sending me interns and professionals..staying monthly (some 3-12 months). I stay full..and have 5-7 waiting list. I could ad on to facilities...but have a heart condition and ready to retire. Surrounding properties are selling quickly at 80-200 thousand per acre. My guesthouse sits on @ 1 acre..and business and facilities valuation is 1.2 mil. I am asking firm 850,000...and will consider offers.
