This Beautiful Historic Victorian Home is just a few blocks from the booming downtown area. I have owned and operated the business from January/ 2012 to present. During that time I have added many upgrades to the property. Some of them being - New Roof-air conditioner-insulation in attic and basement- new kitchen- new concrete in back- added fish pond and outdoor fireplace among many other landscape details.

All of the guest suiters have Queen size bed, small fridge, t.v. and their own bath. I have run the business using 3 of the rooms for guests all on the second level of the home. The 3rd level could be used for private quarters with 2 bedrooms a family room and bathroom or another area that could be used as income. There is also a guest suite on the main floor with private bath that could be used to produce income. I did live on site with my kids. They used the 3rd level and I had the room on the main floor. The income potential is much higher for a couple that the kids are grown. I have many come to rent the house for events/wedding and have bookings into 2018. I will continue to run the business until the right person comes along. When they do it will have instant income to them!
This is a must see property! I have many guests comment that is is one of the nicest B&Bs that have stayed. This home has it all! Beauty, History, Charm and makes everyone that walk in the door feel like they are home!
