If you want to live where the air is clean, the people are neighbors, and the wilderness is your backyard, this is the place for you. As of 6/01/2020 our business is back and booming (as booming as we want anyway). Lodge business is above normal.

The price is for a CASH DEAL ONLY. No real estate agents will be considered in the sale. If you do not have a full cash payment, do not even contact us. This property is way below market value, check out the listing on Zillow with the address. Last time I checked it was estimated at over 600K.

For $399K it also includes all the furnishings except for a few personal items. This is a turn-key business all ready making money. There is a bar also involved that is part of the restaurant. If you want to run it with the bar we can sell you the type 47 liquor license that is through our LLC for an additional 75K. There are no more full liquor license in Amador County and we can sell this for 75 -100K if you would rather not have a full bar, or just get your own beer & wine license (these are relatively cheaper and available). There are plenty of options for reopening the lounge with entertainment and extended hours if you are so inclined...
