If you want to live where the air is clean, the people are neighbors, and the wilderness is your backyard, this is the place for you. As of 6/01/2020 our business is back and booming (as booming as we want anyway). Lodge business is above normal.

Update as of 9/30/2021 - Lodge has increased to around 85% occupancy. We are on course to to 90K this year, 35K higher than any other year. Another reason we are not open as much in the restaurant/bar as years ago...

The price is for a CASH DEAL ONLY. This is a for sale by owner and will not deal with an agent. As long as you have the full asking price in cash we can talk.
