The Essex Inn was built in 1850 in the Greek-Revival style and has been restored to its original grandeur. This successful bed and breakfast with 8 guest rooms/suites is now being offered for sale.
The main level has a large center hallway, a formal living room, a parlor, a dining room and a butler’s pantry. There is also a bathroom on this level.
The upper level has four spacious guest rooms, each with their own private baths.

Just to the rear of the main building, you will find the Dependencies! Here you have the original Kitchen and Laundry, each have been converted to charming 2-level suites. There are two additional suites – The Upstairs Quarters and The Downstairs Quarters. These suites have been very popular.
