You will not find another property like this one in all of the area! This property is undervalued, and priced to sell. My only daughter and I were living here and Airbnb'ing the property when she developed cancer, and passed away a year later on July 23rd, 2018, in Colorado where we have a home.
I have too many memories of her here, and now want to sell the property and move near my son who is graduating medical school in May and will be getting married and starting a family and wants me to live nearby to enjoy my first grandchild. I have many American and Canadian friends and neighbors that I will miss, but I can visit them anytime, and I don't to want to live here alone. Two of my best girlfriends are realtors in Cabo. One is American, and one Canadian. I would rater sell this property on my own than offend one of them by giving the listing to the other one. Also I can sell it for less privately so it's better for you. :)
