2. About the Hotel
The Hotel is a folk Victorian with restored tin ceilings and many original fittings and fixtures. It is furnished to reflect its Victorian ambience. A boutique hotel in the high plains of Wyoming at 7300 feet.
There are 12 cozy en-suite rooms plus 2 other bed rooms sharing a bathroom. Downstairs is the reception office, lobby and parlor and the restaurant. A conference room seating 14 is on the 3rd floor. The restaurant of about 1000 sq ft. seats 40+ comfortably. The majority of restaurant guests are also hotel guests.
The hotel was built in 1905 and underwent a 2 year back to the studs and beyond restoration, complete infrastructure modernization and reconfiguration to 8400 sq ft reopening fully during mid 2003. Approximate restoration budget approaching $2M. The hotel has been immaculately maintained by the current owners.
Property includes a large fully equipped commercial kitchen, walk-in freezer and cooler, wine cellar, laundry and housekeeping rooms. The parking area of approximately 16000 square feet has space for 15 to 20 vehicles depending on size.
