This absolutely amazing property is located in the south eastern corner of PEI on Points East Coastal Drive, near the small fishing village of Murray Harbour, just 20 minutes from the Wood Island Ferry.

Our property is a turn key tourism operation featuring a year round 4 star B&B, 5 three star seasonal cottages, a year round loft suite and a year round guest home for either short term guests, long term tenants or extended family.

Our 20 acre property is a tranquil and secluded located at the end of Fox River Road, featuring a semi-private 1 kilometer long lake originally formed by a dam for the site of a grist mill. A year round stream exits the lake into tidal salt water that runs to Murray Harbour. The possibility exists for this stream to generate electric power. This fresh water lake has an abundance of speckled trout. About 2 acres of lawn surrounds the main house, cottages and 2nd home. The cottages and 2nd home are nestled into the trees. The remainder of the 20 acres is mixed forest of birch, spruce, pine, poplar, and tamarack. Walking trails allow access at the north end of our property to Confederation Trail which is a section of Island wide biking and hiking trail. We market the business under two names, Forest and Stream Cottages and Country Charm B&B; Forest and Stream Cottages consists of our 5 housekeeping cottages and a guest home. This second house is advertised as an executive cottage or guest home. Country Charm B&B consists of three rooms in the main home and our loft suite above the workshop. Other buildings on our property include a 2 plus car garage that has been made into a full woodworking shop. The loft suite is situated above, and a coin laundry exists at the end of the building. The workshop includes some of the power tools including, radial saw, dust collection system, miter saw and others. The workshop and loft are heated by a wood/oil boiler. This boiler also supplements heat in the main house saving 30 to 50% of oil costs in the winter.

There is also a large metal wood shed that stores up to 6 cords of wood and a 10 X 20 storage building.
