House sits on .6 acre of land. There is an older detached garage & storage shed. Plenty of traffic goes by as on state Highway 61, also referred to as Main St. A paved drive way in the back of the property leads to the garage. Gravel parking lot in the front yard for B&B guests accommodates 2 vehicles. A wide wrap around porch adorns the front of the house. A cement patio in the back yard is roughly 10 x 20 foot and a picket & privacy fence enclose the back yard. Four raised garden beds thrive in the back yard with gravel paths between them. There are fruit trees in front yard (4 apple, 3 pear, 2 peach).

We can easily lock off this portion of the house from the rest of the house where my family of 4 now lives. Whole house could be converted into a B&B with little renovation if desired.
