Casita de La Peñita has been providing peaceful, relaxing vacations for North American travellers for over 15 years. The owner/operators are Bob and Linda Gibbs both of whom have more that 35 years experience in the travel industry in Canada. Casita de La Peñita is open year round, receiving tourists from Canada and the U.S. in winter and Mexican tourists in summer. The property consists of a walled complex including a 4 bedroom house on 2 levels. The house contains a reception area, laundry/storage, kitchen, living/dining room, terrarium, bathroom and spare bedroom on the main floor. The second floor has a private balcony, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
There are 7 rental units which include 3 one-bedroom units, 2 two-bedroom units and 2 three-bedroom units. All 7 compact rental units have full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and full service items (plates, cutlery, cooking materials, etc.)
The patio area which looks over the ocean/beach has a cooling pool and lounges, chairs surrounding the pool.
Room for growth during summer season. New Guadalajara - Puerto Vallarta 4 lane highway will provide much easier
access from inland Mexico. Slated to open in 2017. Mexican government plans major investment in area tourism
