Located 3.5 miles west of the Town of Bath, Panorama overlooks the ancient Potomac River Valley and the mountains of WV, MD, and PA. A popular stop on the Washington Heritage Trail, Panorama has been named by National Geographic as one of the 5 top beauty spots on the East Coast. The view attracts thousands of visitors each year.

Berkeley Springs is best known as ‘the Nation’s First Spa’ – designated a town by Lord Fairfax in 1776, the warm springs bubble from the sand at a temperature of 74 degrees year ‘round. George Washington was among the first Colonials to ‘take the waters’ here. Today, while a variety of healing modalities along with the springs still take center stage, our vibrant arts community has made this one of the ‘Best Small Arts Town’ in America. Morgan County is also the home of Cacapon Resort State Park, known for its Robert Trent Jones golf course, Sleepy Creek Wildlife Management area, and many other ecotourism activities such as hiking, canoeing, fishing, and bird watching.

Panorama at the Peak was built in the 1920's with timber and stone harvested from the mountain it graces. It has served as a road stop, speak-easy, steak house and for the past 11 years, an award-winning Farm to Table Restaurant.

The property encompasses 58 acres with marked hiking trails and expansion opportunities. The main building/original structure includes a cozy pub, commercial kitchen, large meeting/dining rooms with view (including original hardwood floor and ceiling fixtures), includes a two bedroom apartment. The first residential/lodging unit is two levels, one bedroom, with a great room/kitchen, and the second has a large one bedroom with walk-in closet and great room/kitchen. There are endless possibilities for this property!
