The Armour's Hotel Bed & Breakfast is a two-story native brick structure. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This Bed and Breakfast hosts the only Mineral Bath House of its kind!

The Armour's Hotel B & B offers rooms on both the first and second floors. Each room features a unique theme and private bath. (There is potential for additional rental income with the re-configuring of the existing room layouts.) Currently there are 16 Guest Rooms, 3 Guest Suites, a Library, an Office, in addition to the Private family living quarters. Also on the first floor you will find a variety of rooms located just off the Chef's style kitchen there is a Chef's Pantry & Chef's Quarters, Walk-in Cooler, Freezers, and the Full Service laundry room.

There are multiple gathering "Common" sitting areas throughout The Armour's. The Library is available 24/7. Its shelves are filled with a variety of reading material (including many of the latest releases) available to borrow or to purchase. There are two beautiful porches that inspire individuals and groups to gather and visit... these spots encourage special memories for each of the guest's that stay at this fabulous B & B. The gathering areas give individuals places to read quietly, family groups places to gather and play board games, as well as areas for guests to visit between meals and rest time. You will find puzzles started just begging to be finished or card games waiting to be shuffled and dealt. Red Boiling Springs has a beautiful "Quilt Trail" laid out with paved sidewalks for those that enjoy a leisurely stroll through our Community!

This historic Bed & Breakfast sits on a gorgeous piece of property (a tad over 2 1/2 acres). It backs up to the idyllic Salt Lick Creek. Four out of the five types of mineral springs found in this area run beneath the property. A wide variety of outdoor events have been hosted on these historic grounds: family reunions, ice cream socials, outdoor weddings, music events, and a variety of social events for the local schools sporting teams.

There are two exterior buildings: One is the "Chicken Coop". It is a vintage style building that serves as storage for tools and such. The other is nicknamed the "Bunk House". It is a 24x40 metal sided building with electricity, shelving, and a concrete floor. It is wired with a 30 amp plug-in to accommodate a travel trailer. This building also has a lean to with a dirt floor that bumps up to it. This shed area is great for garden equipment, etc. The Bunk House could easily be transformed into an "outdoor" entertainment venue. We would also like to point out there is plenty of level land near the creek that would be a perfect place to add a couple of spots for campers or "tiny" cabins for additional income. There is tons of potential!

This Bed and Breakfast has the only thriving historic Mineral Bath House of its kind in the State! There is only one other place on earth that features these types of mineral waters and it is found in Germany. (FYI Even though you will find mineral water running in the Bath House the rest of the Bed and Breakfast is plumbed with "City" water.) In addition to the claw foot tub Mineral Baths located in the Bath House there is a Massage/Spa room. There are three places, including our Spa, licensed for massages in this area. The Mineral Bath House - Spa of the Armour's can entered through the Hotel Gift Shoppe or via a Private Entrance.

One Big and IMPORTANT Note: This gorgeous Bed and Breakfast is being SOLD completely TURN-Key! The owners are retiring to take care of ailing family members. The only items being packed to move are their personal items. The new owners will be able to walk in, unpack, place the SOLD sign out front, and begin greeting their guests.
TURN-Key in this instance means you will have a completely furnished B & B, Dining Room, & Mineral Bath House/Spa.
