Parking for guests is on the right side and the owner parks on the left. This is a very beautiful property. The cottage is usually rented for several months at a time by one tenant for $1500 a month. Rent per room is on the other room are $165 a night, Roof is a metal roof that was painted last year. The roof color is Charleston green. The main house is 4536 sq ft and the cottage is 609 sq ft.
