With a season from May/June to November, we are fully booked mid-August through November with incredible world-class Fraser River fishing opportunities. Within the business is a guiding operation so perfect for the guy who always dreamed of being a fishing guide! Owners willing to train in all capacities. If not, a very reputable guide company partnership is already in place. No experience on the fishing side is necessary to take this over, it is easily just an accommodation business and our partner company will handle all aspects of the guided fishing, with guests being picked up directly from our dock. We also have several strategic partnerships with many overseas agents who regularly book week long blocks for the full lodge.
June-August focuses on regular B&B tourism and getaways, so a nice full season and not just the summer months.
Cash flow is up to you, we have averaged $210-$270K in 5-6 months, where we have kept it the last couple years by working 4-5 months instead of 6. 2023 gross revenue was $275k.
