There is a grand dining hall, named the Maine Room. Walls of windows face the lake, a stone surround fireplace with comfortable seating and a sunporch make this a popular communal gathering area. The kitchen with full commercial equipment is located next to the Maine Room.
The owner’s suite is spacious (1200 sf +/-) and includes an open floor plan with living/dining room and new chef’s kitchen. Owner’s enjoy a private patio and garden and of course views of the lake. There are two bedrooms and one bath. Attached is a two-car garage with extra room for machinery or a third car.
Rounding out this magnificent property is an intimate boat house next to the dock. In the evenings the boat house is transformed into the Boathouse Bistro offering private dinners for two. A perfect spot for special celebrations. And always quiet….with canoes, kayaks and the occasional pontoon boat.
The Inn is prime for small to medium size weddings. The gardens and lawns offer plenty of room for tent or open-air weddings with access to the dining hall. There is ample opportunity to expand the event business.
