The Captain Bell House B & B is an elegant Victorian mansion and guest cottage on a large (12,600 sq. ft.) corner lot in Vermilion's Harbourtown historic district, two blocks from Lake Erie.

There are 12 excellent local restaurants and two public beaches within 4 blocks of the Bell House, with sidewalks and tree shaded streets for easy walking. Main Street offers eclectic shops with unique offerings.
The B & B has been profitable since day one and has increased its income every year, with a strong and loyal return customer base.
