Are you looking for the perfect family compound, retreat or to take over an existing, licensed Bed and Breakfast business in Hawaii? You can move right in to this beautiful home and step right into running your own gorgeous and highly acclaimed, award winning, B & B in this lovely tropical paradise. The owners will even train you how to run the business! This impeccable home consists of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with soaring vaulted cedar ceilings upstairs and ample lanai space for entertaining your family, friends and guests while enjoying the views of the beautifully landscaped, irrigated tropical gardens on approximately 1.25 acres. There is even a thermal above ground pool with surrounding deck, and a garden yoga hale with a screened in massage room. The pool uses a silver/copper ionizer for cleaning instead of harmful chemicals and is currently used for various types of aquatic bodywork. The home can sleep up to 10 guests. There are an abundance of fruit trees on the property including papaya, guava, mango, bananas, avocados and Tahitian limes, to mention a few. What every guest has commented on are the surrounding sounds of nature and the privacy of the palm trees. You really need to come and visit this magical oasis for yourself to appreciate all that it has to offer. It’s a perfect elevation (1460) to never need air conditioning, and just above the best three snorkel bays in Hawaii. Let’s make your Hawaiian dreams come true! The Kona Coast, Big Island, Hawaii is one of the safest places to live in America -- here's why:

Hawaii ranks #1 in the nation in life expectancy.

Population: Big Island is not overcrowded. It has about 147,000 people. All of the other islands combined could fit like a puzzle inside of the Big Island.

Our Crime rate is 73% lower than the national average achieving an A+ rating from Areavibes.com.

The volcano that forms the island is a “shield” type – that means it flows very slowly with no big unexpected eruptions. Its flow is over 100 miles away. No residents were harmed in the flow of 2018.

Earthquakes are usually small and stem from Kilauea volcano over 100 miles away. The most recent earthquake measured 6.9 in 2018, but no injuries reported.

Hurricanes are rare in Kona. We are protected from rain and wind by the two huge mountains in the center of the island and a third smaller mountain that provides all the drinking water to Kona. Most wind and rain come from the East, hit the tall mountains and never make it here to the sunny Kona Coast. The last hurricane Lane in 2018 dropped 1 inch of water on Kona.

Tsunamis can be avoided by NOT purchasing beach-front property. Instead, live above the evacuation zone https://tsunami.coast.noaa.gov/#/.

Heat can be beat naturally by living in the elevation sweet spot – about 900-1400 feet. Kona has wonderful breezes to keep you cool at that level. Below 900 feet, you may want a pool or air conditioning. The average temperature ranges between 83-87 degrees, all year. Above
