Beautiful, well-maintained, successful hotel just a block from the beach in the town of Barra de Navidad, Mexico. Located on the Costalegre, it is about 45 minutes north of Manzanillo on the Pacific coast of Mexico. The hotel features 8 ample guest rooms and 3 larger suites, all with kitchenette, sitting area, dining area, large closets, air conditioning, ceiling fans and bath. Two of the rooms have Jacuzzi tubs. Guest accommodations are for 2, 3 or 4 people. The two suites on the second floor have been used as owners' units and have a large, screened, private terrace with ocean view. There is a large terrace on the third floor with spectacular, unimpeded ocean views, where our guests enjoy the incredible sunsets and sunrises. Or lay back in the chaise longues to star gaze at night. A large fresh water pool is set in the lush, peaceful, tropical garden with patio area. The open reception area also has comfortable seating for guest use. The hotel has a large kitchen/dining room for bed and breakfast use, which opens onto the garden/patio area. Also included is a full bath in the pool area, laundry room for hotel linens, and a large storage room. There is covered parking for 4 vehicles and additional parking on the street. The hotel is secure and gated and is conveniently located just 6 blocks from the center of town, with many excellent dining options a short walk away.

The Costalegre area is known for its wonderful, unspoiled beaches and is surrounded by tropical vegetation and wildlife, with nature reserves nearby. There are many recreational activities in or near the town, such as sport fishing, surfing, swimming, golf, whale watching (in season), turtle hatcheries, windsurfing, scuba diving and snorkeling. We are just 2 hours from the Colima volcano and important coffee-growing areas, and 4 hours from Guadalajara.
This is a turnkey business. The hotel has reservation systems set up with Expedia, Hotels.com, Airbnb, and has wonderful ratings and reviews. The Manzanillo International airport is a short 25 minute taxi ride to the hotel.
