The property was purchased February 2020 (yes, right before the country "shut-down"). The renovation was started with cashed out retirement funds which unfortunately ran out before all the property improvements could be realized.
There are currently four rooms completed in the oldest/largest building with three of them posted on Airbnb.
There is a stone home (enough upgrades to make it livable which is where I live) and a third building with three more rooms (no renovations yet).
There was basically no upkeep for many years before I purchased so most of the funds went to infrastructure (plumbing, natural gas lines & electrical) which is not visible. My energy bills are nominal.
