At this time the owners enjoy 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. There is potential for two additional guest bedrooms & baths should the new owners wish to move their living accommodations to the third floor and convert the existing office or family room. New York State code allows transient accommodations (hotels, inns and Bed and Breakfasts) without expensive fire abatement infrastructure, on the first or second floor.
