The nearby Dolomites with Cortina d'Ampezzo and the nearby hills of Prosecco wine have been chosen as Unesco World Heritage!! Furthermore the World Ski Championships will be held in Cortina d'Ampezzo in 2021, and the Winter Olympic Games in 2026!! The B&B is in the middle of all these wonders, which will attract the attention of the whole world for years.
The real estate property consists of two adjacent bodies:
- the main villa used as a B&B, 450 sq m on 3 floors, with 3/5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 large living areas, kitchen with dining room. A large open space attic to be completed on the second floor. Large park of 1300 meters with swimming pool, gazebo, solarium. Back garden as parking for 3/4 cars.
The villa would need some measures to save energy. At the discretion of the buyer, other improvements may be carried out , which are not necessary thanks to the already excellent quality of the B&B.
