New lakeside tiered decks feature a small cabana with mini-kitchen/storage, outdoor refrigerator, grill and gas fire-pit for entertaining; all while you enjoy views stretching north to Canada and east to the Vermont mountains.
Home #2 - This bay view home also offers water views from most rooms with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, open concept kitchen/dining/living area, private decks off the 2 upstairs bedrooms and a waterside patio to enjoy serene water views.
The guest cabin situated between the two main homes, is a great addition for overflow. From both homes and decks you can watch the eagles and osprey dive for a meal, along with a bevy of other birds or choose one of the favorite island pass times - see who can catch the biggest fish or skip a stone the longest distance. At night, gaze at the stars while you sit by the fire and listen to the water lapping at your shore. Two moorings are provided for larger boats that might beckon you to take a day or week long trip on the lake. Other features include - approximately 100’ combined dock footage, 600’+ waterfront, fully furnished and equipped interiors, a garage at each home, storage sheds, children’s tree house, independent solar power for each home.
